EU Returns Information
We offer a 28-day returns policy for Europe online purchases.

European countries, that can use the online Returns centre are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Return Charges
We offer free returns service to some of the EU countries.
If the service is available in your area it will be noted on a pop-up screen when you select your location on the site.
If the free return is not offered, any charges incurred for returning goods back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
We will not reimburse the postal charges incurred returning an item, or refund the original delivery charge, unless the item is faulty.
Please allow 24 hours for the Returns Centre link to activate from the time you received the order.
PLEASE NOTE: We advise you to use a trackable carrier service and to keep your return receipt until you have received a refund. Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or fragrance.
Exchanging an order
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on online purchases.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) you would need to return them for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Returns Policy T&C’s:
Returning Garments
- All Garments must be returned with the Orange Tag attached. This tag confirms that if removed the item is not returnable.
Returning Shoes
- All Shoes must be returned with the protective film attached on the sole of the shoes – if you remove this, we will not be able to accept the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on Earrings & Fragrance.
- For hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the packet is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the packet is unopened.
Faulty or Damaged items
Whilst we would hope there is nothing wrong with an item purchased from LK Bennett, if there is an issue, we would advise to get in touch with us with a photograph of the issue and your proof of purchase, as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team would then be happy to assist in resolving the problem.
