Our International deliveries are shipped using DHL.
You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse and will only be charged delivery costs once per order.
Taxes & Import Duties
We ship to most countries outside of the EU and US on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis.
This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. LK Bennett cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
Paying for Import Duties
The below countries will be given the option at checkout to pre-pay all Import Duties which guarantees no additional charges on delivery:
Australia, Canada, Ghana, *Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
*we are temporarily unable to ship to Israel.
Sadly we are currently unable to offer the pre-paid service to the below countries:
Andorra, Brazil, Gibraltar, Iceland, India, Iran, Republic of Korea, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Pakistan, San Marino, Serbia, Taiwan, Thailand, *Ukraine.

If duties are applied to your order, you will be contacted by the delivery company with instructions on how to pay for this charge.
