Taxes & Import Duties

We ship to most countries outside of the EU and US on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis.

This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. LK Bennett cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for taxes or duties paid in Canada & UAE.

As a customer, you may be able to claim some of the taxes back from your local customs.

However, you do need to reach out to your local customs directly to start the process.

Paying for Import Duties

The below countries will be given the option at checkout to pre-pay all Import Duties which guarantees no additional charges on delivery:

Australia, Canada, Ghana, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

Sadly we are currently unable to offer the pre-paid service to the below countries:

Andorra, Brazil, Gibraltar, Iceland, India, Iran, Republic of Korea, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Pakistan, San Marino, Serbia, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine*.

*we are temporarily unable to ship to Ukraine.

If duties are applied to your order, you will be contacted by the delivery company with instructions on how to pay for this charge. 

Saudi Arabia Deliveries

If you are shopping with us from Saudi Arabia, and the order exceeds 1000 SAR you will need to complete one-time registration in the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) system and authorise that your chosen delivery partner is added to clear shipments. This is a mandatory requirement from Saudi Customs and LK Bennett is unable to fill in this information on behalf of the customer. Please register HERE to avoid any delivery delays.
