Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for all purchases, providing they are returned in their original condition within 28 days from the date of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Gift receipt items are non-refundable, but exchangeable for other items or a gift card.
Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange.
Sale Items purchased in store are returnable for an exchange only, a refund will not be processed.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or fragrance.
Purchases made in store, must be returned to once of our Standalone Stores across England & Scotland.
We do not accept store returns to our online warehouse as we will not be able to process them.

Online Order Returns In Store
If you wish to return a UK online order to one of our UK standalone stores, please bring along your delivery note and the card which you used to purchase your item(s).
You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to return your purchase.
If the order was placed with Harper delivery service or paid with Klarna, Apple Pay, Mode, Gift Card or Alipay it cannot be returned or exchanged in a store and must be returned to our warehouse by post for a refund.
Please note, concessions, stores outside the UK and outlets are not able to process returns for online orders.
