UK Returns Information
How to return:
Start your online return HERE
Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to return and the return reason, you are able to proceed with printing your return label or generating a QR code, depending which return method you have chosen to use.
Repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note. The product(s) must be returned unused with labels intact, in their original packaging.
Please keep in mind that if you're returning multiple orders, it's important to generate a return for each order individually. We can't promise a refund if several orders are sent back in one parcel.
You will receive your refund to the original payment method, within 14 working days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse.
Return Charge:
Any UK orders containing discounted items will be charged a return fee. The fee will depend on the return option chosen. £4.95 for DPD & Royal Mail / £6.95 for DHL.
Channel Island orders (Jersey & Guernsey) will be subject to a £15 return fee with DHL and require a printer to print the label.
Exchanging an order
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on online purchases. If you wish to exchange your item(s) you can do this by visiting one of our standalone stores in the UK.
Returning an online order in store:
If you wish to return an online order to one of our UK standalone stores, please bring along your delivery note and the card which you used to purchase your item(s).
Orders placed with Harper delivery service or paid with Klarna, Apple Pay, Mode, Gift Card or Alipay it cannot be returned or exchanged in a store and must be returned to our warehouse by post for a refund.
You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to return your purchase.
Please note, concessions, stores outside the UK and outlets are not able to process returns for online orders.

Returns Policy T&C’s:
Returning Garments
- All Garments must be returned with the Orange Tag attached. This tag confirms that if removed the item is not returnable.
Returning Shoes
- All Shoes must be returned with the protective film attached on the sole of the shoes – if you remove this, we will not be able to accept the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on Earrings & Fragrance.
- For hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the packet is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the packet is unopened.
Bridal Returns
- All bridal items will incur a return charge of £4.95 for handling fees.
- Both the garment bag and hanger need to also be returned.
- All bridal items must be returned to our warehouse, stores will not be able to accept the return.
Faulty or Damaged items
Whilst we would hope there is nothing wrong with an item purchased from LK Bennett, if there is an issue, we would advise to get in touch with us with a photograph of the issue and your proof of purchase, as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team would then be happy to assist in resolving the problem.
