UK Returns Information
ALL ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED VIA POST TO OUR WAREHOUSE
WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS TO OUR STORES.
You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your item, by generating your postage label on our return portal following the instructions below.
You then have a further 14 days to post the item back to us.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your package being received by our warehouse.
If your return label is not generated within 14 days of receiving your item, we will not be able to accept your return.

Pack your item(s)
Repack your item(s) along with this note. The product(s) must be returned unused with labels intact, in their original packaging.

Scan the QR with your mobile camera and click the link. Enter your order number and the email address used to purchase and select the item(s) you wish to return
Choose your returns method
Select the method you would like to return our item(s) with. Your label will be emailed to you.
Return Charge:
UK Mainland:
Any UK orders containing discounted items will be charged a return fee. The fee will depend on the return option chosen. £6.95 for DPD / £9.95 for DHL.
Northern Ireland & Channel Island:
Northern Ireland & Channel Island orders (Jersey & Guernsey) will be subject to a £15 return fee with DHL and require a printer to print the label.
Exchanging an order
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on online purchases. If you wish to exchange your item(s) you can do this by visiting one of our standalone stores in the UK.
Faulty or Damaged items
Whilst we would hope there is nothing wrong with an item purchased from LK Bennett, if there is an issue, we would advise to get in touch with us with a photograph of the issue and your proof of purchase, as soon as possible before wearing the item.
Our Customer Care team would then be happy to assist in resolving the problem.
Returns Policy T&C’s:
Returning Garments
All Garments must be returned with the Orange Tag attached. This tag confirms that if removed the item is not returnable.
The Garments must be returned in their new and unused with labels intact, in their original packaging.
Any Alterations made to garments invalidates the return policy and will not be processed for a refund.
Returning Shoes
All Shoes must be returned with the protective film attached on the sole of the shoes – if you remove this, we will not be able to accept the return.
Any Repairs or Sole replacements made to footwear invalidates the return policy and will not be processed for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on Earrings & Fragrance.
For hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the packet is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the packet is unopened.
