Cancelling an order

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order or make any changes to your address or other details once your order has been placed. Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible, if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.

Out of Stock Cancellation

We apologise if you experience any cancellations on our website.

If the item(s) has gone out of stock, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. You will only be charged for items that are dispatched. If your order is for a single item, then you will not be charged for the item or the delivery.
