How to Order
How to place an order online
To place an order, add the item you like to your shopping bag by clicking ‘Add to Bag’, please remember to select the right size beforehand if required.
Once you have selected the item you can complete your order by clicking on ‘View Shopping Bag’ and then ‘Checkout Securely’.
If you are not yet logged in to your account at this stage, you will be asked to either sign in or check out as a guest.
Once you have completed the above, you are asked to select the delivery method before making your payment.
Paying for an order
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Mode, Alipay and Klarna.
For all payments except Alipay, you will not be charged until the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email from us confirming the shipment details.

Order Confirmation
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If the email has not been received after 15 minutes of placing the order, we advise that you check your junk mailbox to ensure the email has not been marked as spam.
When your parcel is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number.
Phone Ordering
Our Customer Care team are here to help if you are wanting to place your order over the phone.
If there is an item available online and you wish to purchase it over the phone, you can call us on 020 4524 3041. The team is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
