UK Delivery Information

All UK orders will be dispatched using Evri or DPD.

Orders with multiple items may be dispatched from both our distribution centre and an LK Bennett store. You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged delivery costs once per order.

You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note, we do not offer delivery service to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

 

Standard Delivery – £4.95  (free on orders over £300)*

UK standard delivery is expected up to 5 working days from the order date.

Your order will be dispatched using Evri or DPD and a tracking number will be sent in your email. Tracking information will provide you with an estimated date and time slot for the delivery.

 

Next Working Day Delivery With DPD - £6.95*

*Order by 12pm (Mid-day) Monday - Friday for Next Working Day delivery

Orders placed after 12pm Friday, and any time on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. 

Full tracking by text and email the day before and the day of your delivery

Certain UK postcodes may take an additional 24 hours for delivery: 

AB 36-38, AB 55-56, BT 1-99, D 1-99, JE, FK 17-99, GY, HS 1-99, IM 1-99, IV 1-99, KA 27-28, KW 1-99, PA 20-99, PH 15-99, TR 21-25, ZE 1-99.

**If Next Working Day Delivery is available for your items, it will be shown at the check out for you. Due to stock location, not all items are applicable for Next Working Day Delivery

 

Nominated Day Delivery - £6.95* 

Dispatched with DPD

Greater London - Harper Concierge service £9.95

Click & Collect - LK Bennett Store 

Click & Collect service is no longer available. 

If you have placed an order on or before Monday 16th February for Click & Collect to one of our stores, your order will still go ahead and be processed as normal.

Collecting Your Order

  • Once the order has arrived in store an email will be sent to confirm that the parcel is ready for collection. Please bring ID with you to collect the order.
  • If the order is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse for a refund.
  • Please Note: Should you decide to return your order for a refund, our store teams are unable to process refunds for orders that were paid with Apple Pay, Clearpay or Klarna. These orders will need to be posted back to us following the returns information here: UK Returns Information
