GIFT CARDS NO LONGER ACCEPTED

Please note, on 27th January 2026, John Noon and Mark Firmin of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company. As such, the affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the company and without personal liability.

As such LK Bennett Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards are no longer valid as a method of payment.

For purchases already made via Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards, these will become exchange only in one of our standalone stores for another item of the same value or more, as we are not able to re-issue any Gift Cards at this time.

LK Bennett Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or re-sold and lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.

We are not able to process refunds for the purchase of a LK Bennett Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should you wish to claim for an outstanding gift card please contact the administration mailbox at  INS_LKBFAL@alvarezandmarsal.com and the Joint Administrators’ staff will be able to assist.
