Help with my account
When you have an account with us on our website, it's quick and easy to place new orders as your details are already saved.
You'll also be able to view your order history, and follow the status of any existing orders.
There's even an option to create a Wishlist, so you can fill it with your favourite LKB items.
How to create an account with LKB
- Create an LK Bennett account by clicking on ‘Create an Account’ located in the menu at the top of the page.
- Click on ‘Register’ and fill in the information required.
- Finally, to complete your account, click on ‘Register’ at the bottom of the page.
- An account has now been created.
- You will be sent a confirmation email to the address you provided.
Forgotten Password
If you forget your password, click on ‘Sign In’ located in the menu at the top of the page and then on ‘Forgotten your password’. An email will be sent to you to reset.
If you have not received the Password Reset email, it's likely that you don't have an account and have previously checked out as a guest.

Order History
To access your order history, you need an existing LK Bennett account.
- If you have an account with us, head to the ‘View Account’ section online.
- To view your orders, select ‘Order History’ from the menu.
If you have placed an order before setting up an account, sadly this order cannot be transferred to your new account.
Orders need to be placed when logged into your account to be seen in Order History.
You can delete your account at any time, by contacting customer.care@lkbennett.com
Returning an order
You don't need an account with us to return your order. All you need, is your order number and email address. To start your return, head to our return portal HERE.
To return an EU or US order, please use our international return portal HERE.
