We offer a 28-day returns policy for International online purchases.
How to Return
Customers from Australia, Canada, Ghana, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates & Vietnam, can start their return by clicking HERE.
Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to return and the return reason, you are able to proceed with printing your DHL return label. Please Note, a printer is required for this return.
Once you have printed your DHL return label, you can either drop off your parcel to a DHL Parcel Shop or Contact DHL in your area to arrange a Home Collection.
Other Countries
Customers from Andorra, Brazil, Gibraltar, Iceland, India, Iran, Republic of Korea, Japan, Lichtenstein, Monaco, New Zealand, Pakistan, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine, can start their return by clicking HERE.
Repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note. The product(s) must be returned unused with labels intact, in their original packaging.
Print the returns address label at home.
Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for a refund are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive your refund credit within 14 working days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse.
We advise you to use a trackable carrier service and to keep your return receipt until you have received a refund. Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.
Taxes & Import Duties
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for taxes or duties paid in Canada & UAE.
As a customer, you may be able to claim some of the taxes back from your local customs.
However, you do need to reach out to your local customs directly to start the process.
Returns Policy T&C’s:
Returning Garments
- All Garments must be returned with the Orange Tag attached. This tag confirms that if removed the item is not returnable.
Returning Shoes
- All Shoes must be returned with the protective film attached on the sole of the shoes – if you remove this, we will not be able to accept the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on Earrings & Fragrance.
- For hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the packet is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the packet is unopened.
Bridal Returns
- All bridal items must be returned to our warehouse.
- Both the garment bag and hanger need to also be returned.
