What is your US returns policy and how do I start a return?

We offer a 28-day returns policy for US online purchases.

US returns: If you wish to return any items, please visit our US Returns Centre HERE.

Please allow 24 hours for the Returns Centre link to activate from the time you received the order. 

PLEASE NOTE: We advise you to use a trackable carrier service and to keep your return receipt until you have received a refund. Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or fragrance.
