Do you offer deliveries to your stores?

We offer a Click & Collect service to your nearest store. Simply select 'Collect in Store' at the checkout. 

Our Click & Collect service is only available in LK Bennett stores across England and Scotland.

Collecting Your Order

• Once the order has arrived in store an email will be sent to confirm that the parcel is ready for collection. Please bring ID with you to collect the order.
• If the order is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse for a refund.
• Please Note: Should you decide to return your order for a refund, our store teams are unable to process refunds for orders that were paid with Apple Pay or Klarna. These orders will need to be posted back to us following the returns information here: UK Returns Information 

Please note that our Click and Collect delivery times are 3-5 business days.
