Can I return my online order to one of your stores?

If you wish to return a UK online order to one of our UK standalone stores, please bring along your delivery note and the card which you used to purchase your item(s). You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to return your purchase. If the order was placed with Klarna, Apple Pay, Mode, Gift Card or Alipay it cannot be returned or exchanged in a store and must be returned to our warehouse by post for a refund.

Please note, concessions, stores outside the UK and outlets are not able to process returns for online orders.
