What is your in-store return policy?

If you have shopped in one of our stand-alone stores, we kindly ask that you return your purchase to one of our LK Bennett stores across England and Scotland. We do not accept store returns to our online warehouse as we will not be able to process them. You have 28 days from the day you made your purchase to return it. We do not offer refunds for sale items purchased in store.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or fragrance.

Returns at LK Bennett full price stores

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for all purchases, providing they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift receipt items are non-refundable, but exchangeable for other items or a gift card.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. 

Please note, our full price stores are unable to refund or exchange items purchased in outlet stores or concessions.

For concession store returns, please contact the host store for their terms.
