As the festive season approaches, it’s important to us to make your LKB Christmas shopping journey as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Here’s a quick guide on everything you need to know, whether you’re looking for the perfect gift or treating yourself…

Extended returns policy (UK only):

Over the festive period we have extended our UK returns policy in our stores and online. Any purchases made on or after 01.11.2023 until 26.12.2023 can be returned until 14.01.2024 or 28 days after your purchase/delivery date, whichever is latest. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with price tags.

Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for the funds to show on your card. Usually, this process is faster, but due to the busy time, it can take a little longer and we appreciate your patience.

To return your order for a full refund or exchange in store you must also bring the receipt and the original card with which the payment was made. If you used Klarna or Apple Pay then these orders must go back to our warehouse, as stores cannot issue refunds to these payment methods.

Sale items purchased from stores are non-refundable and not included in the extended returns policy.
