What is your EU returns policy and how do I start a return?
We offer a 28-day returns policy for Europe online purchases.
We do also offer free returns service to some of the EU countries. If the service is available in your area it will be noted on a pop-up screen when you select your location on the site. If the free return is not offered, any charges incurred for returning goods back to us are the responsibility of the customer. We will not reimburse the postal charges incurred returning an item, or refund the original delivery charge, unless the item is faulty.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Please allow 24 hours for the Returns Centre link to activate from the time you received the order.
PLEASE NOTE: We advise you to use a trackable carrier service and to keep your return receipt until you have received a refund. Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or fragrance.
