Our Evri couriers will leave a card at your delivery address and will attempt two more deliveries. If the courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts your parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded.
You can divert your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and you have received a confirmation email. Please enter your 16-digit tracking number here to divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.
The couriers will do their best to honour the diversion, but this is not always guaranteed. If the courier is still unable to deliver the first time, two more attempts will be made.
