How do I contact LK Bennett?

Our Customer Care team is available to help you with any questions or advice at customer.care@lkbennett.com or by submitting an email request HERE.

We have been experiencing a high volume of emails and calls and are not able to reply as quickly as we would wish to, we aim to get back to you within 2-3 business days, but during busier times it can take a little longer. 

If you have already sent an email to us, please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

The team works Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), from 9am until 6pm (GMT), so if you’re contacting us on the weekend or Bank Holiday, we’ll pick up your email the next working day.
