If you wish to return your online purchase, you will have 28 days from the date you received your order. You will receive your refund credit within 14 working days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse.
SALE ITEMS: Any UK orders containing sale items will be charged a return fee. The fee will depend on the return option chosen with prices starting from £4.95.
Extended returns policy (UK only):
Over the festive period we have extended our UK return policy in stores and online. Any purchases made on or after 01.11.2022 until 06.01.2023 can be returned until 06.01.2023 or 28 days after your purchase/delivery date, whichever is latest. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with price tags.
To return the order for a full refund or exchange in store you must also bring along the receipt and the original card that the payment was made. If the order was placed with Klarna, Apple Pay, Mode or Alipay it cannot be returned or exchanged in a store and must be returned to our warehouse by post for a refund.
Sale items purchased from stores, are non-refundable and are not included in the extended returns policy.
Bridal Return Policy:
You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to return your purchase. All bridal items will incur a return charge of £4.95 for handling fees. Please note, if returning a bridal dress both the garment bag and hanger need to also be returned. All bridal items must be returned to our warehouse or to one of the 5 stores listed below. Stores not included in the list below, will not be able to accept the return.

You can return your item(s) in two ways, via our returns portal by clicking 'HERE' or return to store. Please see below for details on both options.
Returning an online order by post:
Pack your item(s)
Repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note. The product(s) must be returned unused with labels intact, in their original packaging.
Complete your returns form
Scan the QR code on your dispatch note or click on our returns portal 'HERE'. Enter your order number and the email address used to purchase and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Choose your returns method
Select which method you would like to return your item(s) with. Print the returns label at home or show the QR code found in your return confirmation email at your drop-off location.
Returning an online order in store:
If you wish to return an online order to one of our UK standalone stores, please bring along your delivery note and the card which you used to purchase your item(s). You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to return your purchase. If the order was placed with Klarna, Apple Pay, Mode, Gift Card or Alipay it cannot be returned or exchanged in a store and must be returned to our warehouse by post for a refund.
Please note, concessions, stores outside the UK and outlets are not able to process returns for online orders.

Returns policy information:
When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed – if you remove this, we may not be able to accept the return.
Due to hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the packet is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the packet is unopened.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or fragrance.
