Can I pick up my order in store?

We offer a Click & Collect service to your nearest store. Simply select 'Collect in Store' at the checkout. 

Our Click & Collect service is only available in LK Bennett stores across England and Scotland.

Once the order has arrived in store an email will be sent to confirm that the parcel is ready for collection. Please bring ID with you to collect the order. If the order is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse for a refund.

Please note that our Click and Collect delivery times are 3-5 business days.
