    Our Archive Sale is your chance to delve into the LKB vault and shop much-loved styles before they’re gone forever. Here’s a here’s a quick guide on everything you need to know about shopping our Archive Sale—from delivery times to return policies. Because it’s important to us that your LKB experience is as seamless as possible.

     

    ORDER STATUS

    Thank you for your order! You’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details for each shipment. During this busy time, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. If you haven’t received your dispatch confirmation after this period, please contact our Customer Care team.

     

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Archive Sale is a busy time for us because of the number of orders we receive.

    That’s why we provide Standard Delivery only.

    We estimate that your delivery will arrive within 5 working days from the date you placed it.

    Please note that all UK orders will be dispatched using Evri or DPD.

     

    MULTIPLE DISPATCHES

    If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may come from both our distribution centre and an LK Bennett store. Rest assured, you’ll only pay for delivery once. If your dispatch confirmation doesn’t include all items, don’t worry—they’re just on their way separately. You’ll receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each shipment. 

    You will only be charged once your items have been dispatched. If they’re sent from different locations, you may see multiple charges on your account, but you will never be charged more than the order total.

     

    RETURN CHARGES

    For UK orders that include discounted items, there will be a return fee. The fee depends on your chosen return option: it’s £4.95 for DPD and Royal Mail or £6.95 for DHL.

    The LKB Customer Care team is here for you from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, except on bank holidays.

    Please note, that response times may be a bit longer due to the high number of enquiries and orders we receive during our Archive Sale.
